Logistics, Freight & Delivery
Industry Automation

Delivery windows, driver dispatch, shipment tracking, customer enquiries — in Hong Kong logistics the money leaks where a customer asks where their parcel is and nobody can answer.
We automate orders, dispatch, tracking and customer enquiries for logistics, freight and courier firms, so customers can see where their goods are and your team isn't answering the same question all day.

Hong Kong reality: why a Logistics, Freight & Delivery business loses money

These four are what we see most often in Hong Kong companies like yours. Not theory — money leaving the business every month.

✕"Where's my parcel?" all day long

Every enquiry arrives by phone or WhatsApp, staff log into several systems to check, and answer the same question dozens of times.

Half of customer service goes on repeat look-ups, so new enquiries go unanswered and walk out the door.
✕Delivery windows that don't line up

You promise a 2–4pm slot, the driver is stuck in another district, and the customer waits all afternoon with nobody arriving.

A failed delivery means a second run with the same truck and crew, and the customer tries someone else next time.
✕Dispatch runs on phone calls

Every morning means calling each driver to read out today's jobs, flag who pays cash and suggest the best route.

One missed call or one wrong job and the whole route is wasted — fuel and wages gone.
✕Goods vanish once they hit the warehouse

Receiving, loading and unloading are logged on paper, so there's no record of where a consignment went in between.

When a customer chases it you have nothing to show — compensation, plus a dent in trust.

Pain by pain, here is what we do

✕ Repeat tracking enquiries
An AI tracking bot: the customer sends a tracking number to WhatsApp and gets the latest status and ETA instantly. Anything it can't find goes to a human rather than being guessed at. AI Chatbot →
✕ Mismatched windows
Automated delivery booking: agreed time windows drop into the driver's list, customers are notified an hour ahead, and a customer can reschedule with one tap. WhatsApp Automation →
✕ Manual dispatch
Daily routes and jobs are pushed to drivers' phones, with pick-up and sign-off synced straight back — no more ringing round for a change. Custom Applications →
✕ Broken tracking
Scan-based tracking: a QR scan at collection, loading, warehousing and delivery updates the status, so customers and your team see the same screen. Workflow Digitalisation →

What your day looks like once it is automated

07:00
The fleet list goes out before the shift: which truck, which jobs, who pays cash, which addresses carry special instructions.
10:30
A customer sends a tracking number on WhatsApp and gets the latest status and delivery window automatically.
15:00
Customers are notified an hour before delivery; a reschedule is one tap and updates the driver's route instantly.
19:00
The end-of-day report lands: on-time rate, failed deliveries, cost per zone and cash to collect.

What this industry usually uses

You do not need all of it at once — most clients start with the single most painful item.

The change businesses typically see

These are typical ranges. Real numbers depend on your volume, order value and current process — we will quote you actual figures.

40–50% less

Self-service tracking typically cuts repeat enquiry calls significantly.

One run saved

Automated routes and dispatch reduce repeat trips into the same district.

Same-day reconciliation

Sign-off and cash collection sync instantly, not at month-end.

Hong Kong reality: how a Logistics, Freight & Delivery business brings profit back

The four items below show how profit that was leaking away flows back into your business once the work is automated. Not a theory, but a result you can check against your own figures.

✓Enquiries move to self-service tracking

A customer sends a consignment number on WhatsApp and the system replies instantly with the latest position and estimated arrival.

Front-line staff stop answering one by one, so each person handles more shipments.
✓Repeat shipments

The system records each client's usual routes and shipping cycle, then confirms with them just before their regular dispatch day.

Clients stay with one carrier, and the relationship gets steadier.
✓Backhaul loads

Vehicle positions and idle windows are matched against nearby collection requests.

An empty return leg becomes a paid one, adding a trip per vehicle per day.
✓Fewer failed deliveries

A delivery window confirmation goes out automatically, and the recipient can reschedule straight from the message.

Redeliveries and returns fall, lowering the cost of each drop.

Logistics, Freight & Delivery — frequently asked questions

We only run a few trucks and the drivers aren't tech-savvy.
That's fine. Drivers can keep using WhatsApp, or a simple app, to receive jobs and take photo proof; there's nothing complex to learn. Start with automated dispatch and most are comfortable within a couple of weeks.
Do customers need their own app for live tracking?
Not usually. A WhatsApp reply with the status is enough for most customers, with nothing to install. If you genuinely need a customer portal, we'll scope it against your volume and talk it through.
We have several depots and outsourced fleets. Will they connect?
Yes. Each depot and fleet can log its own activity and everything rolls into one back office. Outsourced drivers may have no system at all, and we can collect their updates over WhatsApp. Where a link isn't possible I'll say so.
Will this replace our TMS?
Not blindly. In most cases we fill the gaps your TMS doesn't cover — especially customer messaging and WhatsApp automation — or feed the automated data back into it.
