Paste your list and lay out a whole A4 sheet at once: address labels, shipping labels, price tags, file labels and name badges. Set how many labels you need and the job spills onto the next sheet automatically, in portrait or landscape.
Add QR codes, then print or download.
Everything runs in your browser, so your data is never uploaded.
Runs entirely in the front end. No sign-up, and your label content is never collected.
Layout, drawing and QR codes all happen inside your browser. Customer addresses, phone numbers and shipping details are never uploaded and nothing is logged.
Built-in layouts for common A4 label sheets such as 21, 14, 40 and 65 labels per sheet, with margins centred automatically so the print lands on the sticker. Any size can be entered manually.
The last field of each line becomes that label's QR code, so every label can point somewhere different, for example a product page, a tracking number or contact details.
Export a 300 / 600 DPI PNG with the correct DPI metadata written in, so printers and print shops read the size correctly. Set a label count and every A4 sheet is exported in one go, filling one sheet and moving to the next. There is also a one-click print of the whole job.
Portrait and landscape A4 are both supported. Set the number across, the number down, the label size and the gaps to match the sheets you already have. Price tags to name badges are all covered.
Nine times out of ten it is print scaling. Set the print dialog to 100% (some printers call this "actual size") and turn off "Fit to page". Second, check whether your label sheet has centred margins; if it does not, choose Custom size and enter the real millimetre values.
Any A4 label sheet, as long as you know how many go across, how many go down and the size of one label. You can switch between portrait (210 × 297 mm) and landscape (297 × 210 mm, with the layout rotated 90°). Common layouts are built in, including 21 labels at 63.5 × 38.1 mm (Avery L7160 type), 14, 8, 40 and 65 per sheet. For anything else use Custom size.
Yes. Enter one label per line and separate the fields with a pipe character "|". Each field becomes one line inside the label, for example address, recipient and phone. A tab or a comma also works as the separator.
Enter 50 in "Number of labels". The tool repeats your content, fills one A4 sheet and moves on to the next. You can page through the preview, and the download contains every A4 sheet in one go — packed into a single ZIP when there is more than one, with each sheet filled cell by cell.
When QR codes are enabled, the last field on each line is encoded and is not repeated as text, so every label can carry a different QR code, for example one per product page. If a line has only one field, that field becomes the QR content and is still printed as text. The tool shows the exact content that will be encoded for the first label, right below the setting.
There are three common causes and the tool shows a matching message above the preview: (1) the labels are too narrow for a QR code, so use a larger label or fewer text fields; (2) the content is longer than the QR code capacity, so shorten the last field; (3) a browser extension or network filter blocked the QR component, so turn it off and reload. Also check that QR codes are set to Yes and that your label content is not empty.
Yes. Set Cutting guides to On and the tool adds light grey outlines around every cell so you can cut along them. On sticker sheets, leave the guides off so nothing prints on the label face.
Leave "Number of labels" empty and each of your lines becomes its own label; enter a number to set the total, repeating your content when you have fewer lines than labels. Up to 20 A4 sheets per run, which is 420 labels in the 21-per-sheet layout. Beyond that, split the job. If you print at volume every day, a database-driven automatic printing flow may suit you better.
No. All layout happens in your browser and our server only delivers the static page. You can confirm this in your browser developer tools: no request is made while you work.
Copying and pasting by hand invites mistakes. We can connect your existing system or spreadsheet to generate labels, batch print them, and update shipment status as they go out.
